🏁 Regulations of the Online Rally Championship “HWtH Global Rally Championship 2026”

on platform Richard Burns Rally + rallysimfans.hu plugin

1. 📅 Championship Format

• The championship consists of 14 stages with a fixed calendar.
• Participants are given 7 days to complete each stage.
• Results of each stage are recorded on rallysimfans.hu and processed after the stage ends for publication in the championship section.

2. 🎮 Platform & Registration

• The game Richard Burns Rally with the rallysimfans.hu plugin is used.
• Registration is mandatory on the website:

• Participants must provide:
  • Real name (for identification),
  • Nickname on rallysimfans.hu (for result processing).
• Stage announcements, updates, and important notices are published in the official Telegram group:

3. 🧑‍💻 Participants

• All registered participants who have verified their accounts on both sites (yoklmnracing.ru and rallysimfans.hu) are eligible.
• Participation is free of charge.

4. 🏆 Classifications

The following classifications are available:

🔹 Individual Classifications:

• Overall Classification — all participants, regardless of car class.
• Rally2 — only participants using Rally2-class cars.
• Rally3 — only participants using Rally3-class cars.

🔹 Team Classification:

• Teams are formed by participants themselves.
• No limit on the number of members per team.
• Only the 2 best results by Overall classification from team members count toward the team score.
• Teams register on yoklmnracing.ru during participant registration.

5. 📊 Scoring System

Points are awarded per stage, divided into two parts:

📌 Main Rally (Legs 1–4)

Points by position:
30 – 28 – 25 – 21 – 19 – 17 – 15 – 12 – 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 – 1

📌 Super Sunday (Legs 5–6)

Points by position:
10 – 9 – 8 – 7 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1

📌 Bonus Points:

• Power Stage (final SS) — points: 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1
• Clean Run (no SuperRally / no retirements) — +2 points

⚠️ Points are cumulative across all stages. In case of a tie — number of wins is considered first, then podium finishes, then best result in the final stage.

6. 🤝 Teams

• Participants form teams themselves.
• Teams may consist of any number of members.
• Only the 2 best Overall results from team members count toward the team score.

7. ⚙️ Technical Requirements

• Participants must use the official rallysimfans.hu plugin.
• Use of cheats, mods, or unauthorized patches is strictly prohibited.

8. 🚫 Discipline & Penalties

Prohibited:

• Use of cheats, bugs, or unofficial modifications.
• Participation in a car different from the one registered.
• Transferring your account to a third party for participation.

9. 📅 Schedule & Deadlines

• Stages follow a fixed calendar (published on the website and in Telegram).
• Each stage lasts 7 days.
• Points tables are updated on the championship website.

10. 📢 Additional Information

• All results are published on yoklmnracing.ru and in the Telegram group.
• Participants may ask questions in the Telegram group chat.
• Organizers reserve the right to amend the regulations with prior notice.

11. 🗺️ Stage Structure & Special Stage Rules (Roadbook)

🔹 Total Distance

• Total stage distance: 200–240 km.
• Divided into 6 legs (Legs).
• After each leg — service zone for repairs. Service duration varies per leg.

🔹 Stage Types (marked in Roadbook):

🟢 SD — Shakedown

• Does not count toward final result.
• After SD — short service (10 minutes; tire changes prohibited, setup adjustments allowed).
• Intended for car setup and track adaptation.

🟡 SS — Special Stage (standard)

• Counts toward final result.
• After SS — roadside service (2 minutes).
• Time recorded in overall classification.

🔵 TF — Transfer Stage

• Does not count toward final result, but penalties apply:
  • Any penalty (cutting, time limit violation) is multiplied by 10 and added to the next special stage time.

    Example: 5 sec penalty → +50 sec to next SS.

  • Required Time of Arrival (RTA): 100 seconds per full kilometer of TF distance.

    Example: TF = 12.3 km → RTA = 1200 sec (20 min).

  • If participant fails to meet RTA — 5-minute penalty added to next special stage time.
• After TF — roadside service (5 minutes).

🟣 SSS — Super Special Stage

• Counts toward final result, same as regular SS.
• May include additional rules announced by organizers in the stage announcement.

  Example: time limits, mandatory tires, no repairs allowed, etc.

🟠 PS — Power Stage (bonus stage)

• Counts toward final result.
• Bonus points: 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1 (by position).
• Usually the final special stage of the event.

🔹 Service Zones

• Between Legs 1–2, 2–3, 3–4, 5–6 — Service (10–30 minutes, duration specified in Roadbook; tire changes allowed, setup adjustments prohibited).
• Between Leg 4 and Leg 5 — Long Service (60 minutes) with full mechanic crew (tire changes allowed, setup adjustments allowed).
